Personal and Company donations have made it possible for us to hold family events such as a Christmas Party, Coffee & Play mornings and Park Play days, and to purchase play equipment for these events as well as Christmas and Easter gifts for the children we are supporting. We have also been able to offer a heavily subsidised day out to Legoland. These family events enable Families to feel part of a group, relax, have fun and make valuable local contacts and friends. Donations have also been given to fund a specific need, such as specialised medical or safety equipment, for several of our Families.
We would like to sincerely thank the following, without whom
many of the things we have been able to do would not have been possible. We very much hope we have not missed anyone.

In addition, we must not forget to thank all of our wonderful Volunteers who donate not only their time freely, but also in many cases their expenses back to Home-Start. We realise and appreciate that there are also often small incidental costs in visiting and supporting their Home-Start Families that they just don’t claim for, e.g, an ice cream here, a drink there. Thank you all so much.
