Home-Start Volunteers

Following a Course of Preparation regular home visits
are made to local families who are facing difficulties,
and have at least one child under 5

Training Opportunities, The Volunteers' initial preparation course, together with continuing in-house and professional training is offered and includes positive parenting, child safety, the value of play, child development, anger management, self-assertiveness and resuscitation of babies and young children.
